The "Name" and "Email" fields are required for contact purposes; the "Phone" field provides
an optional additional point of contact.
Full arrangements are $10
and lead sheets are $5, but pricing breaks can be worked out for an order of more than one
chart. In the info box at the
bottom of the form, please indicate which charts you wish to order as well as any other
pertinent information. I'd love to know how you found the website, and what kind of ensemble and work
you'll be using the charts for, but providing that information is totally up to you.
Payment will be arranged over email or phone within a few hours after the order is submitted, and
your charts will be sent over email in PDF or Sibelius form, or shipped on good ol' paper.
